Farmers Bread

The crackling itself has a similar taste to a fortune cookie … to me, with a slight sweetness and a surprising crunch. When you cut into the bread it doesn’t easily fall off. I love biting into this bread and getting the crunch from the topping. I guarantee you will see this topping again in this blog. The bread itself is very interesting also, as I have incorporated left over croissants into the dough. The flaky, butter croissants add a wonderful flavor
