Apricot and Cranberry Bread JarChocolate Cashew Bread Jar

Method:

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a large loaf pan. Pour out the jar into a large bowl. In another bowl add the liquid ingredients and mix together. Pour liquid into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix just until moistened. Do not over mix. Bake for 45 to 50 minute or until knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minute before removing. Cool on a wire rack.
