Sweet Potato Bread 2: Makes a 2 lb. loaf
Ingredients
- 1 cup sweet potato (cooked and mashed)
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup water (room temp)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 3 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspooninstant yeast
Method
Place ingredients into breadmachine according to the recipe. Set breadmachine for a 2 lb. loaf, then press sweet bread cycle and a medium crust.
