  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon yeast

1 1/2 Pounds:

  • 3/4 cup sourdough starter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
