In a large bowl combine your flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix with a whisk till the mixture is well blended; set aside. In a separate bowl combine the applesauce, milk, oil and eggs. Mix with a whisk till well blended; set aside till you make the filling. In another bowl combine the cream cheese, egg, honey and vanilla mix together. Add the powdered sugar and flour. Mix with a mixer till the cream cheese becomes smooth; set aside. Now, go back to the first two bowls and pour the liquid mixture into the flour mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon just till blended. Pour half the mixture into two prepared 9x5 loaf pans. Pour equal amount of cream cheese filling into each pan. Spread the cream cheese mixture over top. Now, pour the rest of the applesauce mixture over top; set aside. Now, make the topping by combining the chopped pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix together and spread over the two loaf pans. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 55 - 60 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before removing from the pans. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
