Jalapeno Cornbread Quick Bread Recipe: Makes 12 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 large can cream style corn
  • 1 small can chopped jalapenos
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Method

Mix all ingredients together well. Can be baked in muffin pans or 13 X 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees till done. Fresh jalapeno can be used.
