
In a bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt, set aside. Using a separate bowl, cream butter while adding sugar gradually. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add orange rinds and nuts. Fold in dry ingredients and alternate with the milk. Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan. Place into a pre-heated 350 F oven. Cook for 50-60 minutes. Cool bread for 10 minutes. Mix orange juice and honey in a small bowl. Take that mixture and spread on top of the warm loaf. Bake again for 1 minute. Remove and cool for 10 minutes then remove from loaf pan and cool on a wire rack.
