Multigrain Bread Recipe: Makes 1 loaves

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup quaker multigrain cereal
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast

Method

In a bowl add cereal, flour and yeast salt and mix together. Add water and honey. Place on a lightly floured surface and knead for 7 minute. Place in an oiled bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside till double in size. Punch down. Add dough to a greased loaf pan and cover till double. Bake at 375 F for 40 - 50 minutes.
