
In a large mixing bowl combine 1 cup of flour, the whole wheat flour, wheat germ, cracked wheat, yeast and ginger. In a saucepan heat the milk, honey, oil and salt till it reaches 115 to 120. Add to flour mixture. Beat at low speed for 1 minute. Then for 3 minutes at high speed. Be sure to scrap down the sides of the bowl. Stir in the remaining flour. Cover batter. Let rise for 1 hour. Punch down with a wooden spoon. Pour into 2 greased 8x4 loaf pans. Cover and let rise for 40-45 minutes. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or till done. Cool.
